| Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Goutis Estate is responsible and strictly controls the whole production process, from the Cultivation and Harvest to Extraction and Bottling. In cooperation with DHL, we ensure that our premium Products will be delivered to you safely. |
| For this reason, if you are dissatisfied with the Product, please notify us by email within 14 working days from the date of purchase at [email protected] . We will send you a return label and issue a refund based on the condition of the returned Product/s as follows: |
| Returns and Refunds |
| You can return any Product to us for a refund or exchange, as long it is in its original packaging, in the same condition in which you have received it and you have notified us in writing within 14 working days from the date of purchase. Returns of unsealed items will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product back to us. You will also be responsible for the possible risk of loss or damage to the Product incurred during the transit back to us, for any bank charges, reposition costs and any other charges that may occur during the transit back to us. We recommend that you send the Product back to us by registered delivery (courier) and that you have sufficient insurance to cover the value of the Product returned. , However if the Product is not returned to us, we cannot exchange it or refund any payment made. Any refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment unless store credit is requested. There is no benefit or detriment to either refund option. |
| Defects and Replacement or Refunds |
| If you believe that the Product you have received is defective, please contact us immediately in order to arrange a replacement or refund. We will require clear photographs of the defective Product. Defects must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the Product via email at [email protected] by filling the Defect Product form . We will examine your claim and notify you about the results of our inspection and your refund (if any) via e-mail within reasonable time. If we confirm the defect of the Product, you will get a refund in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the Product to you and the cost you have incurred to return the Product to us, if requested. As soon as we confirm the defect, please return the defective Products to us within 7 working days. Any refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment, unless store credit is requested. There is no benefit or detriment to either refund option. Same rules apply if the customer asks for the Replacement of the defective Product. |
