This unique blend from the olive trees of Manaki variety and two types of Koroneiki variety harvested early to mid – season in order to combine the best characteristics of these two cultivars.

The olives from the Koroneiki variety provide the strong taste while the olives from the Manaki variety provide a gentle and mild taste feeling.

Blending these two varieties, where Manaki dominates, gives an extra virgin olive oil which combines the above characteristics providing delicate aromas and a full mouth feel.

Organoleptic

An aromatic blend of green and ripe fruity. Fragrances of fresh herbs, cut grass and artichoke are very well balancing with those of red tomato and soft fruits. Low bitterness and pungency result in an elegant taste.
